INTER-UNIVERSITY HIGHER ACADEMIC COUNCIL, PARIS : Position

The Inter-University Higher Academic Council (IUHAC) is an association with the cooperation of renowned scientists from all over the world, established in Paris, France. It is the only integrated and qualified scientific research institution in the world that operates continuously and is fully functional in its goals and objectives. The IUHAC is internationally accredited and deals with the most important issues at the international level, theoretically and practically.

Intergovernmental Higher Academic Council and Health Professional Licensing Council are main departments of the IUHAC. There will be another 3 centres are joins to the council  through IUFS :  International Higher Examination Council, Higher Attestation Qualification Council and International Council for Secondary Education. International Examination Council prepare specialists for PLAB, IELTS and MRCP exams under British Council.

All the diversity of IUHAC activities is carried out on the philosophical and methodological basis of the “Philosophy of Interaction” as a philosophy of peace in the world, everywhere. Not “monism “and violence but the” binary” and interaction as person wise.

The composition of the IUHAC includes scientists with international authorities. IUHAC trains high-level international scientific and management staff, unique specialists in various fields of science, and important scientific activities who represent a global value.

The IUHAC awards international doctorates and a major doctorate in certain sciences for the theoretical and practical resolution of an important scientific problem and for the development and justification of a new direction in science. It also awards an honorary doctorate to the political, cultural, and public figures.

All the activities of the IUHAC are headed by the President with the cooperation of the government and public organizations around the world and regularly organizes international scientific assembling (congresses, forums, symposia, round tables). The Department publishes periodic scientific publications in print and electronic form and issues relevant certificates, awards, medals, and special insignia of leading scientists of the world.
